Sloping Ground and Pool Fence Non-Climbable Zones

Sloping or elevated ground near a pool fence can affect more than just the overall barrier height. It may also interfere with the required non-climbable zones around the barrier.

As the ground rises towards a fence, a child may gain additional height or access to parts of the barrier that would otherwise be outside normal climbing reach.
